1.         Can I pay by check?

 

Currently, we do not accept checks for online orders. All web site orders are processed through PayPal and accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Bank Cards or checking account numbers for automatic withdrawals. You are NOT required to be a PayPal subscriber to use PayPal’s processing services. There are NO FEES to use this service.

 

2.         How long will it take to receive my order?

 

From receipt of payment, all personalized orders take 2-3 business days to ship. If the item is not in stock, allow @7 additional days. Allow approximately 2-5 days for shipping (depending on location).  Please email us at HoneyBunnyGifts@comcast.net  or call (678) 297-0424 for rush orders OR to inquire about expedited shipping rates.

    

3.         How do you ship?   

 

Honey Bunny Embroidery & Gifts ships all items via U.S. Postal Service regular or priority mail. We DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY at this time. Requests for expedited orders can be shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail. Please note that additinal charges apply for expedited orders. Fees include shipping and handling.

 

4.         Can I pick up my order?

 

            Yes! If you are local to our Alpharetta, GA location, you may

            contact us  to arrange a pickup. We are happy to accommodate

            all pick-up  requests. 

 

5.         Do I pay sales tax on my order?

 

From receipt GA residents will have a 7% sales tax applied to their order total. All other states do not pay sales tax for online orders.

 

6.         Are there minimum order quantities on any items?

 

There are no minimum order quantities on any items.    

 

7.         What is your return policy?          

 

All custom personalized items are non-refundable or exchangeable. If there is an error or damage to an item, we must be notified no later than 10 days from date of purchase for the item to be corrected.

 

Acrylic beverage tumblers are not returnable for health reasons.

 

All other non-custom items must be returned within 10 days of purchase for return or exchange only. Customer pays all shipping fees.
