Embroidery Information
 

 1 .       All items may be purchased without personalization. Non-personalized items reflect the same prices as listed in the product catalogs. 

 

2.         Every item can be personalized to order. The placement of names and monograms is based on the determination of the embroiderer at the time the item is personalized.  Please note that longer names may appear smaller on certain items in order to be accommodated.

 

3.          Please be sure to verify ALL names and spellings BEFORE placing an order. Items will be embroidered EXACTLY as spelled. We are not responsible for incorrect submissions.

 

4.         If there is an error or damage to an item, we must be notified no later than 14 days from date of purchase for the item to be corrected.

 

5.         All personalization will have reversed stitching on the underside or inside of the item. This is normal for any embroidered item. It is designed to help keep the stitches in place. For washable items  (e.g., towels, burp clothes, bibs, etc.), this material will disappear once the item is washed. This is normal and intentional.

 

6.        All personalized items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

 

7.         There is no such thing as a “minimum” order.
